Farhana has read 2 books toward her goal of 50 books.
Well well well, here we are, me writing my bio and you reading it. I’d like to take a second to say how I got here. I wouldn’t be here today had it not been for Yasmina the Awesome and Radiya the Magnificent. They inspire me to read, to write, to BE!
I have an obsession with cats. My cat Caramel is my life. Who needs kids when the world has felines in the alleyway to pick up and take home? I’ll probably be one of those cat ladies reading books with numerous kitty cats around my feet in my humble abode. Consequently, I’m crazed with love for Hello Kitty, go figure.
Not only do I have an obsession with cats but I also obsess over KPOP and Korean drama. How did this start you say? Well I guess it started off with Anime which led to watching dramas e.g. Boys over Flowers and now I just can’t get over them.
I love blogging and shopping about and for clothes, make up and books. When I’m in a certain mood, I like to dye my hair and I bake. I like pretty things, frilly things and most importantly girly things :) Mostly, I just like to chill in good company and in the comfort of my PJs- with my cat, gotta have my cat. I just love my cat.
Meow!
xx
So one day I came online and found this page written about me. Since the majority of it is accurate (minus becoming a cat lady..) and I hate writing bios I left it up, from here on it’s all me :]
You can hunt me down on my blog or see what else I’m reading on my goodreads account! - Farhana
I’m not really specific about what I read, in fact I’ll read anything you throw at me. (That was not an excuse or reason for you to throw books at me!) But I do tend to lean towards modern classics (not of the Greek and Latin kind, more early 20th Century stuff - think Penguin Modern Classics!), chick lit, dystopian fiction, fantasy, romance, and occasionally YA most often from the 90s and early 00s.
I’m extremely judgemental when it comes to reading books so unless it’s amazing, you won’t see it in my recommendations. I’m aware that it may seem like I’m contradicting myself right now, but although I’ll read anything I won’t recommend it unless I love it!
